1. No Return, No Refund Policy for Intimate Products

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, Date Box follows a strict no return and no refund policy once the order has been delivered in good condition. This is to ensure every customer receives untouched, hygienic products.

Items Non-Returnable Under Any Circumstance:

  • Lingerie and intimate apparel
  • Lubricants and personal enhancement products
  • Vibrators and adult toys
  • Chocolates and edible items
  • Blindfolds and sensory accessories
  • All other intimate products

We request our customers to carefully read the product descriptions before placing an order.

2. Exceptions in Case of Wrong or Damaged Delivery

If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged during transit, you must notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders can only be cancelled before the product has been shipped.

After Packing/Dispatch

Once the order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.

If your cancellation request is approved in time, a full refund will be initiated via the original mode of payment and may reflect within 7–15 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges due to the sensitive nature of our product categories. All purchases are considered final.
